Quickly categorize your work by client or project by double-clicking in the project column next to an item. Click on the add work button to manually enter timesheet information such as meetings and off-site work. Modify your work time by double-clicking on the work column next to an item. Use the scissors tool to divide blocks time in the Gantt Chart view, then drag and drop a block of time from the Gantt Chart view onto a related work item. Drag and drop items onto other related items to simplify your timesheet. Spherical Timesheet features Spherical Technology's patent-pending clean-up agorithm, making timesheet creation even easier. As an example, if you click through a number of websites to reach a destination site, the time will all be allocated to the destination website item. Of course, you can switch clean-up off if you wish to see an accurate record of every individual page you visit or website you access.
