Spherical Timesheet Time Tracking Software accurately monitors the use of company resources and analyses data to a level well in advance of conventional timesheet software. In Spherical Timesheet's software, a resource is defined as a computer, a work tool (such as a software application or telephone) or a user. Spherical Timesheet allows managers to keep an eye on their department's resources to ensure they are being used effectively:

  • Examine how many person-hours are being spent on internal projects or administration.
  • Learn more about the cost of specific projects by observing the tools, people and computer resources required to complete them.
  • Accurately monitor how long staff have been working on internal administration and identify areas where productivity can be improved.
  • Monitor internet and email use.
  • Monitor resource profit or loss with the powerful billing and costing system.
  • Examine the frequency of tool use and identify redundant tools.
